The large baking dish's white enameled porcelain gives it finesse and solidity. At each firing, there are differences that are an expression of the unique and singular character of each piece. Their "imperfections" are a sign of their originality and should not be considered as defects.

It's the use that really gets you attached to these crumble dishes : when you take the golden apples, the fragrant pie, the crackling roast chicken, surrounded by the trembling oval of a white porcelain line, out of the oven.
